The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Returned items must match the original order details. Items that do not belong to our store will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process outlined above and specify your exchange request in your email. Once we confirm the eligibility of your exchange, we will arrange for the replacement item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If store credit (Store Credit) was used for the purchase, the refund will be returned as store credit.

Return Shipping Costs:
