How Do I Know My Order Has Been Shipped?  

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays.  


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.  


Please note:  

Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system and may take some time to reflect the latest status.  

Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, Niceclothingmall is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If you experience any problems with the delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.  


What Are My Shipping Options?  

Currently, we offer one standard shipping option for all orders:  


Standard Shipping (7-12 business days): Your order will typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the date it is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.  


Free Shipping Offer  

We are happy to offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $150 before tax.  


For orders under $150, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.  


Additional Shipping Information  

Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.  

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or redirect it.
